  • To secure your date a 25% deposit along with a signed contract is required
  • A Credit Card Authorization Form for up to $500 is due 30 days prior to your event in place of a cleaning and damage deposit.
  • Due to the high cost of credit card processing fees The Orchard has multiple payment options to avoid those extra fees. Paying with cash, check or an automatic debit from your checking or savings account will not incur any charges. All other methods of payment will have a 3% processing convenience fee added.
  • 12 hours of rental time
  • Set-up & breakdown of all furniture and everything The Orchard provides.
